The Beach House on Kootenay Lake offers gorgeous views of the lake and surrounding mountains. This newly renovated home offers a relaxing, private setting for family recreation. The modern kitchen, Egyptian cotton bed sheets and gas fireplaces on two floors of spacious living space will appeal to the upscale vacationer.

The Beach House is situated on the north shore of Kootenay Lake, a 10-minute scenic drive from the historic town of Nelson, BC. Some of the local attractions include nature trails for mountain biking, hiking and cross country skiing, canoe and kayak rentals, a boat launch, a general store, a neighbourhood pub, a five-star restaurant, world class golfing in Nelson, Balfour and Kootenay Bay, Ainsworth Hotsprings, Kokanee Provincial Park, Kokanee Glacier, fishing, Kokanee Marina, neighourhood tennis and soccer, and world class skiing at nearby Whitewater Resort.

The Beach House is a luxurious vacation home on a 1/2 acre waterfront property with ample room for larger parties. There are three bedrooms with king, queen and two bunk beds (4 beds). The family room has a sofa bed. The home is fully furnished and all the kitchen amenities are supplied. The private deck overlooking Kootenay Lake is supplied with a barbecue and deck furniture for relaxing after a day at our private beach.
